Board of Directors
Members of the Board or Directors, appointed by the Government of Alberta, were recruited from qualified applicants who collectively have the full range of competencies, experience and personal attributes required to provide effective governance of Travel Alberta, consistent with the Government of Alberta’s commitment to an open and transparent selection process.
Strategic Tourism Marketing Council (STMC)
The STMC comprises volunteer members of Alberta's tourism appointed by Alberta's Minister of Tourism, Parks and Recreation. The Council provides advice to Travel Alberta regarding effective and efficient delivery of tourism marketing programs and provides advice to the Minister on issues that affect tourism marketing.
