Alberta Hotel & Lodging Association Announces 2012 - 2013 Board of Directors
The Alberta Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) is pleased to announce that Perry Wilford, General Manager of Calgary’s Glenmore Inn and Convention Centre, has been elected as Chair.
“Our 920 members expect us to take action on their behalf, and we will. By keeping our mission and board values firmly in our minds, it will be my goal as Chair to hear all voices around the boardroom table and in committee work,” said Perry Wilford.
Continuing to serve on the Board is Steven Watters, General Manager at the Sawridge Inn & Conference Centre Jasper, who has been elected as First Vice Chair. Micheal Sieger, General Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton, and Tina Tobin, General Manager at Edmonton’s Alberta Place Suite Hotel, have been elected as Vice Chairs.
The AHLA welcomes back Chris Eklof, General Manager of Camp N’ Class RV Park, as the Director for Campgrounds. She has been serving on the Board for the past two years and continues to support the campground members.
