-Preparing, coordinating, and recording a variety of Marketing service correspondence and documentation while ensuring all time-lines are met and adhered to in the department.
-Coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules for the Senior Manager of Marketing, taking required minutes for specified meetings, and responding to specific Marketing related inquiries and requests for the department.
-Working on a variety of unique initiatives and completing other office and administrative duties as required.
-Prioritizing workloads, screening and forwarding emails and phone calls, and performing research.
-Performing various administrative duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and maintaining confidential records and files.
-One (1) - three (3) years experience working in an office environment in an administrative support role.
-Completion of a related post-secondary diploma focusing on office administration, business administration, or marketing.
-An extremely professional attitude and demeanor complemented by excellent client relations skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
-Excellent typing and computer skills including a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as the ability to adapt to other software programs.
