Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Industry Development, the Coordinator, Cooperative Marketing is responsible for application coordination and administrative support for the Industry Development Cooperative Marketing program.

Position Requirements 

As Coordinator, Cooperative Marketing you understand the importance of organization and attention to detail. You have knowledge of accounting procedures and experience using Microsoft Excel. Your experience in application processing and evaluating, compiling information, report creation, budget tracking and reconciling will enable you to operate with accountability. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills and problem solving skills enhance your ability to build relationships with team members and industry partners.

Special Requirements

You are currently enrolled and have completed at least one year in a relevant hospitality, tourism or marketing program.  

Some overtime may be required.

  • This position is based in the Calgary office in Inglewood.
  • Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week
  • Employment Status: 4 month Term Coop – May 2016 to August 2016
  • This coop opportunity will have part-time employment during the months of April and September
