Reporting to the Director, Consumer Digital Marketing; the Digital Marketing Analyst plays an integral role in the development, optimization and analysis of digital strategies to support our regional and international efforts to increase tourism revenues in Alberta. The Digital Marketing Analyst will aid in helping senior stakeholders understand the effectiveness of digital marketing activities and will develop metrics-driven strategies to improve performance and meet business goals.
As Digital Marketing Analyst, you are skilled in providing strategic insight and recommendations to improve digital performance across multiple channels. Your ability to work autonomously combined with your attention to detail, problem solving skills and strong understanding of online media and emerging platforms will be beneficial to the success of digital media campaigns. Your superior communication and influencing skills will enable you to clearly communicate data, context, and implications to partnerships throughout the tourism industry. Your degree in Business, Marketing, or Statistics will be complemented with at least three years of experience working with media, negotiating with vendors and working with large accounts. Your dedication and passion for digital media and marketing has taken your career to this point. Now, it is time to advance to a new level by stepping into Travel Alberta’s exciting work environment!

Salary Range: $65,496 - $85,176; Hiring Range: $65,496 - $75,000
Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week;
Employment Status: Permanent
This position is based in the Calgary office.
Some travel may be required.
