Reporting to the Manager, Administration, the Coordinator, Office Administration and Reception is responsible for providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders and administrative support to the Travel Alberta team.
As Coordinator, Office Administration and Reception, you understand the importance of organization and effective problem solving. Your experience working in an office environment has enabled you to gain valuable knowledge of processes, etiquette and sensitivity to the nuances of workplace culture. Your positive attitude, communication and exceptional customer service skills enhance your ability to build relationships with Team Members and stakeholders.
- Recent office administration/reception experience
- Exceptional customer service skills, friendly, professional and helpful
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience working with multiple phone lines
- Time Management Skills
- Organization Skills
A diploma in Administration or a related field is complemented with one to three years of administrative experience. Your dedication, initiative and passion has taken your career to this point. Now, it is time to advance to a new level by stepping into Travel Alberta’s exciting working environment!
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This position is based in the Calgary office.
Classification: Coordinator 1
Salary Range: $44,218 - $55,148
Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week,
Employment Status: Permanent Full-Time
