Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director, Public Relations and Communications; the Administration and Logistics Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Public Relations and Communications business unit. This role will work with the Team Coordinator, Public Relations and Communications as well as the Global Media Relations team on projects such as an assisting with logistical media travel arrangements for incoming national and international media, updating and formatting media itineraries and compiling, tracking public relations and media information.

Position Requirements
As an Administration and Logistics Assistant you have excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills, and are able to work both independently and in a team-orientated work environment. You have demonstrated problem solving abilities in order to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfully. Experience with coding and assisting with budget and invoice requirements an asset. This position requires a highly energetic and creative individual who is skilled in business communications and Microsoft Office Suite.

As the successful candidate, you have a Grade 12 diploma with 2 - 4 years progressive administrative experience. If you are a dynamic, results-orientated individual looking for a fast-paced work environment, this might be the right opportunity for you!

This position is based in the Calgary office.
Classification: Coordinator 1; Salary Range: $41,616 - $52,032
Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week, Employment Status: Temporary to November, 2012
