Employment Term: Full-time

Key Accountabilities:
• Work and contribute collaboratively with all team members
• Organize, maintain and produce a wide variety of correspondence, documentation and filing
• Internal and external written and oral communication
• Prepares reports and correspondence as assigned which may require working with and coordinating activities of others
• Routinely produces and revises documents by collecting information, formatting, editing or retrieving from files, and proofreads copies for distribution
• Researches and compiles information for team members
• Assist office staff with various departmental projects
• Manage the distribution (internal and external) of mail, courier services and faxes to office employees
• Manage office equipment, supplies inventory and ordering
• Manage bank account information, online payments and weekly deposits
• Responsible for assisting with main telephone line and redirecting calls
• Ensure overall office cleanliness and organization
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Administrative or Office Assistant preferred
• High School graduation, with completed post-secondary administrative training or general business education
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Experience in using Mac software programs including Pages, Numbers, Keynote and Mail considered an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized, professional, proactive and efficient

Skills and Abilities:
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, flexibility, professional appearance is essential
• Must demonstrate clear communication both written and oral, promotes problem solving, collaboration and a positive professional work environment
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, multi-functional team environment with minimal supervision
• Strong time management, administration and organizational skills
• Acute attention to detail and accuracy

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
• Office and/or computer activities may be repetitive
• Physically fit, ability to lift up to 50lb
• Some travel may be required
• Valid Alberta’s Class 5 Driver’s License
