The Legislative Assembly Office supports the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly – providing nonpartisan procedural, administrative and educational services. We are searching for a solutions-based marketer with an innovative and collaborative approach to join our Visitor Services team. Using your strategic marketing background, business perspective and various media platforms you will further develop a cohesive promotional strategy for visitor programs and services. With your experience in social media you will optimize the use of this medium in promoting an awareness of Alberta’s parliamentary process and history. Your excellent interpersonal and networking skills will allow you to build and foster professional industry relationships and sponsorship arrangements.

Completion of postsecondary education in a related field and progressive experience in marketing and strategic planning are essential. Knowledge of Alberta’s tourism industry and parliamentary process is a definite asset.

Salary up to $64,860, dependent on qualifications. A comprehensive benefit package is also available.
