Manager, IT & Web Support   

Primary responsibilities: 
  • Provide workplace IT support and technical assistance for all Banff Lake Louise Tourism employees 
  • Manage infrastructure maintenance for servers, network, and telecommunication devices
  • Assist with the maintenance of the BLLT website, SEO, content management and e-marketing campaigns 
  • Anticipate and plan for implementation of new technologies and software 
  • Assist with programming on web applications   
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1-3 years of related, relevant and progressively responsible experience with the maintenance/management of technological systems 
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills 
  • Experience maintaining and administering a Windows Small Business Server environment 
  • Experience configuring and maintaining Linux web servers 
  • Microsoft or A+ Certification is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Java script; PHP and other programming languages an asset
