Banff Lake Louise Hotel Motel Association (BLLHMA) is recruiting a member service focused professional to take on the role of administrator.

This is a contract position and the successful candidate will work from their home based office, preferably situated in Banff or Lake Louise. The successful candidate is responsible for the administration duties of the organization including bookkeeping; A/R & A/P;  website & social media updates; taking minutes at all meetings; co-ordinating and executing the organization's four annual signature events as well as ensuring venues are booked for all regular and committee meetings and any training sessions and workshops.

The successful candidate will be a self starter and able to work independently; setting their priorities to ensure the mandate of the organization and needs of our members are always top of mind.
The hours required to successfully achieve the outcomes of this role are approximately 100 hours per month.
