This workshop will give you a clearer understanding of who your customers are and what they look for when they’re making travel decisions. Using the Explorer Quotient® (EQ) segmentation tool developed by Destination Canada, garner insights into why and how different people make their travel choices, and which EQ segment is your best customer. This workshop is the first in a three-part series and is a prerequisite for part two. Lunch provided.
When you know who your best customer is and what they want in a vacation experience, it’s easier to position your business as the right choice. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to communicate with words and images to increase the likelihood that your marketing messages will be read, retained and acted on. You’ll also find out which media channels your best customers prefer. This workshop will help you take a targeted approach and maximize your marketing activities.
