FORT MCMURRAY - GETTING TO KNOW YOUR BEST CUSTOMER EXPLORER QUOTIENT WORKSHOP SERIES

Part One: Say Hello To Your Best Customer, Wednesday, April 29

This workshop will give you a clearer understanding of who your customers are and what they look for when they’re making travel decisions. Using the Explorer Quotient® (EQ) segmentation tool developed by the Canadian Tourism Commission, garner insights into why and how different people make their travel choices, and which EQ segment is your best customer. This workshop is the first in a three-part series and is a pre-requisite for part two.


Part Two: Building Experiences For Your Best Customer, Wednesday, May 20

Now that you know who your best customer is, you’re ready to look at the products you offer and imagine ways you can make small or significant changes that will make your product even more appealing – giving you the potential for increased sales and greater customer advocacy. Then, learn what’s involved in turning your product into a remarkable experience. This workshop is the second in a three-part series and is a pre-requisite for part three.


Part Three: Marketing Experiences To Your Best Customer, Wednesday, June 17

When you know who your best customer is and what they want in a vacation experience, it’s easier to position your business as the right choice. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to communicate with words and images to increase the likelihood that your marketing messages will be read, retained and acted on. You’ll also find out which media channels your best customers prefer. This workshop will help you take a targeted approach and maximize your marketing activities. Must have completed part one and two prior to attending this session.
