Alto Award Spotlight - Marketing Partnership
The Alto Marketing Partnership Award recognizes partnerships of two or more organizations exhibiting exceptional achievement in tourism marketing and who demonstrate the success of working together.
Previous winners for Marketing Partnership include: “Experience WOW” – Tourism Calgary & Member Partners (2011), “VisitCalgary.com” - Tourism Calgary & Calgary Hotel Association (2010), The Alberta Sweet 16 (2009), Wetaskiwin Air Show (2008), Edmonton Festival City in a Box (2007), “Get a Taste of the Grande Prairie Region!” - Grande Prairie Regional Tourism Association (2006)
Eligibility: Applications will be accepted from all organizations and businesses operating in Alberta. The marketing campaign or project must have been implemented during a 16-month period (May 1, 2011 to August 31, 2012.) Previous winning submissions cannot be re-submitted.
Judging Process: All entries received by application deadline will be reviewed by the Alto Awards Committee to ensure a standard of compliance with the application criteria i.e.: six page maximum. All eligible entries are then sent by courier to three judges who individually score the submissions and forward their results to an independent auditor. The auditor tabulates the scores for each entry and informs the Alto Awards Manager of the winning results.
