2013 Travel Alberta Client Satisfaction Survey

The main objective of the annual Travel Alberta Client Satisfaction Survey is to determine the level of awareness, usage and satisfaction that the Alberta tourism industry has with the wide range of services and programs offered by Travel Alberta.

Travel Alberta has contracted Banister Research and Consulting Inc. to conduct our 2013 Travel Alberta Client Satisfaction Survey from September 24 to October 31, 2013. 

A sample of industry that has engaged in our programs and projects this year will be contacted via e-mail and asked to complete the survey electronically. A survey link and password will be provided in the initial e-mail contact. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete and all information is held in strictest confidence by Banister Research and Consulting Inc.

Survey participants will be provided with the opportunity to participate in a draw for two $500 donations to a charity of choice for participating in the survey.
