Send Us your Outstanding Sustainable Tourism Alto Award Nominations

It’s time to submit your nominations for the 16th Annual Alto Awards, and we are featuring a weekly article about the nine categories available to help you decide which award your tourism business, organization or group deserves to win at the 2016 Travel Alberta Industry Conference!

Alto Category of the Week: Outstanding Sustainable Tourism

Applications will be accepted from all organizations and businesses operating in Alberta that have implemented a new program that either protects/enhances the environment and/or contributes to the local and social culture of their community. Previous winning submissions cannot be resubmitted for the same program. If a new program has been implemented organizations are encouraged to submit for the new program.

Nominations must be received no later than 4:30 p.m., Friday, September 9, 2016.
