Calgary Stampede invites young performers to "Chase the Spotlight"

Young Canadians of the Calgary Stampede apprentice and senior auditions

Monday, May 30 at 4 p.m. (Senior Male & Female Singers)
Monday, June 6 at 4 p.m. (Apprentice Male & Female Singers)
Wednesday, June 8 at 4 p.m. (Apprentice Female Dancers)
Wednesday, June 8 at 6 p.m. (Senior Female Dancers)

Agriculture Building (Blue Room), Stampede Park

The Young Canadians of the Calgary Stampede are proud to invite aspiring singers and dancers to “Chase the Spotlight”. If the passion you feel for your craft is surpassed only by your hard work and dedication then you understand what it takes to become a star. Auditions for senior male and female singers will take place May 30 at 4 p.m. while apprentice male and female singers will audition June 6 at 4 p.m. Apprentice and senior female dancers will audition June 8 at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., respectively. Apprentices range from 11 – 14 years, and seniors from 14 – 20. If successful, tuition for students is free. Auditions will take place in the Agriculture Building on Stampede Park.
