More than 1600 delegates from around the world come together for more than 24,000 business appointments with Canadian tourism operators at the over the course of four days, but the potential to further grow tourism extends far beyond Stampede Park.

“Tourism creates jobs, contributes to the diversification of the provincial economy and generally makes life better for Albertans,” says Ricardo Miranda, Minister of Alberta Culture and Tourism.  “Congratulations to Travel Alberta, Tourism Calgary and Destination Canada for hosting the nation’s foremost tourism marketplace at home in Alberta during such a special year for our country.”
