Position Summary

Reporting to the Executive Director, International Marketing; the Team Coordinator, International Marketing is responsible for administrative support, project coordination and providing market and project-related information to the International Marketing team.  This role will provide coordination in the areas of reports, budget, critical paths, familiarization tours, website content, databases and travel arrangements. 
Position Requirements

As Team Coordinator, International Marketing you understand the importance of organization and attention to detail. Your experience in process and system improvement and development; budget updates, expenses processing and live budget management; report tracking and creation; presentation creation and meeting-minute taking. Your attitude and communication enhances your ability to build relationships with team members and industry partners.

Your education in Tourism, Administration or a related field is completed with at least two years of administrative experience. Your dedication and passion has taken your career to this point. Now, it is time to advance to a new level by stepping into Travel Alberta’s exciting working environment!   

Special Requirements

Some travel may be required. Some overtime may be required.

This position is based in the Calgary office.
Classification: Coordinator 3, Salary Range: $52,344 - $65,424
Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week, Employment Status: 5 Month Term
