Banff Lake Louise Tourism is accepting applications for this role in our Communications Team. The Manager, IT Support, based in Banff, Alberta, reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communications, will be responsible to provide expertise and advice, technical assistance, and equipment maintenance that supports the vision and marketing goals of Banff Lake Louise Tourism.

Primary responsibilities:
• Provide workplace IT support and technical assistance for all Banff Lake Louise Tourism employees
• Manage infrastructure maintenance for servers, network, and telecommunication devices
• Anticipate and plan for implementation of new technologies and software

The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum 3 years of related, relevant and progressively responsible experience with the maintenance/management of technological systems
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Experience maintaining and administering a Windows Small Business Server environment
• Experience configuring and maintaining LAMP environment web servers
• Microsoft or A+ Certification is an asset
