Position Summary

In alignment to the Travel Alberta Corporate Values and Team Principles, the Team Coordinator, Brand and eMarketing provides administrative support to the Brand Experiences and eMarketing teams. The Team Coordinator assists in the development, maintenance and enhancement of new and/or existing processes and best practices for both teams.  

Position Requirements

As Team Coordinator, Brand and eMarketing you understand the importance of organization and attention to detail. Your experience in researching and compiling information as well as budget tracking and reconciling will enable you to operate with accountability. Your attitude, communication and problem solving skills enhance your ability to build relationships with team members and third party venders. A diploma in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or Administration, is complemented with 3 years of professional administrative experience. Your dedication and passion has taken your career to this point. Now, it is time to advance to a new level by stepping into Travel Alberta’s exciting working environment!     

Special Requirements

Some travel may be required. Some overtime may be required.

This position is based in the Calgary office.  Classification: Coordinator 3, Salary Range: $50,328 - $62,904 Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week, Employment Status: Permanent
