We are looking for someone to lead the development, delivery and sustainability of guest enhancement strategies to ensure industry best practices are consistently delivered to bring to life our vision as a world–class, year-round gathering place for the community. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the end to end guest value chain is delivered with excellence, while monitoring and providing feedback on our performance against guest experience standards

You will be responsible for strategizing, conceiving ideas, creating initiatives with the support of the guest experience committee so we are looking for the usual communication, leadership and organizational qualities. We know you’ll have this because you already have over 7 years’ experience in a guest experience management role, preferably in an event, hospitality or entertainment environment. Along with experience designing and implementing guest experience programs, you will also have experience establishing and maintaining productive guest relations, strategic partnerships and networks both within and outside an organization.
