We are a results oriented marketing organization committed to promoting Banff, Lake Louise and Banff National Park as a world-class, year- round destination. We are now accepting applications for the role of Manager, Accounting & Administration.    

Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who enjoys a fast-paced work environment, is extremely detail-oriented and has the ability to manage accounting workflow. This position based in Banff, Alberta, reports to the Director, Corporate Affairs.      

Primary responsibilities:        

- Responsible for the day to day accounting processes including the input of receivables and payables
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of all expenses - Preparation and reconciliation of month end financial statements 
- Provide support with payroll to ensure correct and timely payment
- Office and administrative duties as required   

This successful candidate will have: 

- Solid book keeping skills and accounting knowledge
- Experience with accounting software required, Microsoft Nav an asset
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem solving skills with ability to take initiative
- Proven ability to track budgets  
- Motivated, well organized and a team player
