Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Industry Development; the Coordinator, Co-operative Marketing, is responsible for application coordination and administrative support for the Industry Development Co-operative Marketing program.  

Position Requirements

As Coordinator, Co-operative Marketing you understand the importance of organization and attention to detail. You have knowledge of accounting procedures and experience using Microsoft Excel. Your experience in application processing and evaluating, compiling information, report creation, budget tracking and reconciling will enable you to operate with accountability. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills and problem solving skills enhance your ability to build relationships with team members and industry partners.  

A diploma or degree in Tourism, Business, Administration or a related field is complemented with two years of administrative experience. Your dedication and passion has taken your career to this point. Now, it is time to advance to a new level by stepping into Travel Alberta’s exciting working environment!     

Special Requirements

Some travel may be required. Some overtime may be required.

This position is based in the Calgary office.  Classification: Coordinator 2, Salary Range: $48,576 - $60,720, Unionized position. Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week, Employment Status: Permanent
