Banff Lake Louise Tourism is a dynamic membership based organization focused on delivering excellence in tourism promotion. We are a results oriented marketing organization committed to promoting Banff, Lake Louise and Banff National Park as a world-class, year- round destination. 

We are now accepting applications for the role of Coordinator, Sales & Marketing   Our ideal candidate is a strong team player who takes pride in ensuring details are not missed and deadlines are met in a fast paced environment. This position is based in Banff, Alberta and reports to the Manager, International.  

Primary responsibilities: 

- Prepare and coordinate International and Canadian tradeshows and with some follow up duties
- Support with the development and implementation of International marketing campaigns with partners --- Organize inbound familiarization trips and with creation of customized itineraries 
- Provide occasional in person and web-based training for travel agents 
- Foster positive relationships with members and partners 
- Administrative and front desk reception duties  

 This successful candidate will have: ·
- A passion for marketing the tourism destination of Banff, Lake Louise and Banff National Park, with a strong knowledge of local attractions 
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative ·       
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills ·        
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft programs, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Simpleview an asset ·        
- Previous administrative experience with an interest in sales and marketing ·        
- Positive attitude with a natural ability to form and nurture relationships
