Manager, Brand & Member Services
Primary responsibilities:
- Leading a comprehensive member engagement plan for BLLT that assists in organization decision making and generates a widely supportive and informed membership
- Overseeing and guiding the operation of BLLT Working Groups to create an environment for broad and inclusive member engagement
- Maintaining accurate member database and updated website information
- Managing member communication activities, including newsletters & member meetings to maximize two-way communication
- Supporting the Director in monitoring all branding activities, ensuring best in class marketing that connects the brand with the consumer in meaningful ways
- Managing and developing digital assets, brand tools and collateral that showcase BNP experiences and compliment BLLT marketing activities in relevant ways
- Leveraging content of BLLT assets & BNP experiences with industry partners
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Above average communication skills, both written and oral
- Solid experience building relationships on behalf of an organization and/or a destination Local knowledge of Banff National Park, Banff and Lake Louise
- Familiarity with tourism marketing and of the businesses within Banff National Park Strong ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills and adept in learning new computer programs
- A minimum of 3 years related experience; a related degree would be an asset
