Banff Lake Louise Tourism is a dynamic membership based organization dedicated to the promotion of Banff, Lake Louise and Banff National Park. Manager, Brand & Member Services 

Primary responsibilities: 
  • Leading a comprehensive member engagement plan for BLLT that assists in organization decision making and generates a widely supportive and informed membership
  • Overseeing and guiding the operation of BLLT Working Groups to create an environment for broad and inclusive member engagement
  • Maintaining accurate member database and updated website information  
  • Managing member communication activities, including newsletters & member meetings to maximize two-way communication
  • Supporting the Director in monitoring all branding activities, ensuring best in class marketing that connects the brand with the consumer in meaningful ways 
  • Managing and developing digital assets, brand tools and collateral that showcase BNP experiences and compliment BLLT marketing activities in relevant ways 
  • Leveraging content of BLLT assets & BNP experiences with industry partners    
The ideal candidate will have:  
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills 
  • Above average communication skills, both written and oral  
  • Solid experience building relationships on behalf of an organization and/or a destination Local knowledge of Banff National Park, Banff and Lake Louise  
  • Familiarity with tourism marketing and of the businesses within Banff National Park  Strong ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines 
  • Excellent computer skills and adept in learning new computer programs  
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience; a related degree would be an asset
