Position Summary

Reporting primarily to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for managing schedules, facilitating communication, promoting team development and providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. This position will also provide secondary support to the CMO and CFO on an as needed basis. This position communicates and collaborates daily with Executive Leadership Team to organize and support the initiatives and communications of the business units. 
Position Requirements

As Executive Assistant, your knowledge of administrative protocol and awareness of the diverse interests of stakeholders enable you to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information. Your ability to act with conviction combined with your superior business communication skills will enable you to schedule effectively and adapt to changing needs of the CEO.  Your proactive approach and project coordination will contribute to the organization and effectiveness of a high functioning executive leadership team. 

Your diploma in business administration and/or at least five to seven years of executive assistant experience has prepared you for this opportunity. Special Requirements

Some travel may be required. Some overtime may be required.

This position is based in the Calgary office. 
Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week, Employment Status: Full time, Permanent
