Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Administration, the Coordinator, Reception and Office Administration is responsible for providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders and administrative support to the Travel Alberta team. As the first point of contact for Travel Alberta, your role is essential to set the ambiance of our stakeholders' experiences.

Position Requirements

As Coordinator, Reception and Office Administration, you understand the importance of organization and effective problem solving. Your experience working in an office environment has enabled you to gain valuable knowledge of processes, etiquette and sensitivity to the nuances of workplace culture. Your positive attitude, communication and exceptional customer service skills enhance your ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.

A diploma in administration or a related field is complemented with one to three years of administrative experience. Your dedication, initiative and passion has taken your career to this point. Now, it is time to advance to a new level by stepping into Travel Alberta’s exciting working environment!   

Special Requirements

Working hours are: Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Other Information

This position is based in the Calgary office.

Classification: Coordinator 1, Salary Range: $45,144-$56,448

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Employment Status: One Year Term, Full Time
