Our ideal candidate is a dedicated and motivated team player who enjoys a fast paced work environment, is detail oriented, and has the skills to manage day to day office administrative and human resource tasks.

The Manager, Administration & Human Resources, based in Banff, Alberta, reports to the Director, Corporate Affairs and will be responsible to provide expertise, strategic direction and tactical execution to support the vision and goals of Banff Lake Louise Tourism.

Primary responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage office administrative functions
• Lead, monitor and implement HR strategies and benefits
• Manage recruitment and employee orientation process
• Act as liaison and administrator for the Board of Directors
• Assist the Executive Team and President & CEO with special projects

This successful candidate will have:
• Maturity, discretion and professionalism
• Prior HR, project management and administrative experience
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong, succinct and articulate written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with people on all levels
