This workshop gives you a clearer understanding of who your customers are and what they look for when they’re making travel decisions.
Using the Explorer Quotient® (EQ) segmentation tool developed by the Canadian Tourism Commission, this workshop gives you insights into why and how different people make their travel choices and which EQ segment is your best customer.

This workshop is the first in a three-part series and is a pre-requisite for parts two and three.
