“Strong results are an important indicator of how we’re doing, but more critical insight comes from understanding industry needs in relation to our services,” said Colleen Reed, Director, Industry Events and Engagement. “Knowing that our industry values the marketing and advertising support we offer, while also identifying marketing challenges, shows us where and how we can bring our knowledge and leadership to the table. Engaging our partners to ensure our programs and services evolve strengthens the tourism industry as we further grow this strong economic driver in Alberta.”

The annual survey is designed to capture level of usage, satisfaction and perceptions that Travel Alberta clients have with our services and programs, as well as overall satisfaction with Travel Alberta.
