2014 Client Satisfaction Survey

Travel Alberta is always striving to provide industry with timely, relevant services and programs as we accomplish our mission to grow tourism revenues with compelling invitations to visit Alberta. Your feedback on how we are doing is important to us so that we can continue to improve our offerings.

A sample of industry clients who have engaged in our programs and projects this year will receive an e-mail invitation from Banister Research & Consulting to complete the 2014 Travel Alberta Client Satisfaction Survey.

The main objective of the survey is to determine Travel Alberta clients’ level of usage and satisfaction with a wide range of services and programs offered by Travel Alberta. If you are included in the sample of industry participants, please complete the survey before it closes on December 8, 2014.

The survey takes approximately 12-15 minutes to complete. All information provided will be kept in strictest confidence and be used only for the purposes of this study. Survey participants will be given the opportunity to participate in a draw for two $500 donations to a charity of choice.
