Edmonton Airports 2012 Annual Report – "The Passenger"

Edmonton Airports shared their 2012 Annual Report during their Annual Public Meeting on May 9. More than 150 business and community leaders and members of the general public heard what an exceptional year 2012 was for the airport.

Stories of particular note were successes related to the completion of Expansion 2012 and the acquisition of the new non-stop service to New York.

The Annual Public Meeting included a presentation on governance by Board Chair, Tom Redl, and a presentation on operations by CEO, Reg Milley. It also included optional site tours of the centralized baggage area and the control tower.

Edmonton Airports dedicated their 2012 report to their number one customer – the passenger, and features profiles of some of those customers, including a 6-year old airport enthusiast!
