Annual tourism events, such as the Travel Alberta Industry Conference, Alto Awards, and Canada's West Marketplace are key components of Travel Alberta’s strategy to strengthen Alberta’s competitive advantage by working with and supporting our industry partners. In addition, Travel Alberta offers a variety of workshops and webinars, as well as specialized scholarship programs to support Team Alberta.
Competition in international markets is fierce. By approaching the global market as a united Team Alberta, we offer more value and efficiency for the international clients we work with. Our greatest strengths come through collaboration and working together towards common goals, as we continue to grow tourism revenues to $8 billion by 2020.
