Below is a list of questions we are often asked. Instead of waiting for a response from one of our team members, find what you need now. If you can't find what you are looking for, we would be happy to hear from you.
Please note: Travel Alberta is the destination management organization for the province, responsible for destination and tourism product development and promotion to support Alberta-based tourism businesses. As such, we are not involved in the operations of individual visitor experiences or providing trip planning services. However, we are pleased to offer some ideas and direction to get you started.
The information on our website comes from the Alberta Tourism Information Service (ATIS) - a free online tool that populates travelalberta.com with partner business listings, events and offers to amplify your marketing efforts. Because your business is already listed on Travel Alberta, you likely have an ATIS account and you can update the photos and information yourself.
If you know your log-on, sign up or access your account here.
Should you need any assistance accessing or updating your account, please contact the ATIS Contact Centre team at atissupport@travelalberta.com or 1-833-270-4232.
If you have a great idea or a tourism business that you're trying to take to the next level, we recommend checking out our Tourism Investment Program.
Travel Alberta printed roadmaps and Tourist Guides have been discontinued. Commercially printed road maps and specialized guides can be purchased where books and magazines are sold, including national chains such as Indigo and Chapters, independent booksellers, and magazine racks. As an alternative, many useful online map tools can easily be downloaded for use without internet access.
Alberta Transportation provides a printable Highway Network map found here: http://www.transportation.alberta.ca/Content/docType329/Production/11x17_Provincial_Network_Map.pdf
