How to login or register to Travel Alberta Platform
On the Travel Alberta Platform sign-in page, you can:

The first phase of Travel Alberta Platform is rolling out with the launch of the new Multimedia Library by July 15th. If you already have a GMT account, you’ll be able to use it to sign in to the MML as well.
Later this year, ATIS will also join the Travel Alberta Platform. Stay tuned!
No! You only need one account to access all Travel Alberta services like GMT, MML, and ATIS. Just use the same email address when signing in.
Yes! You can use your Google or Microsoft account to sign in. No need to create a new password.
That works too! You can create a Travel Alberta Platform account with your email and a password.
The email may be registered with other Travel Alberta services. Please use the "forgot password" option to reset your password and log in again.
You might be logged in automatically! Travel Alberta services use Travel Alberta Platform that lets you stay signed in across GMT, MML, and ATIS. Not sure which account you're using? Just check your name in the top right of the screen once you’ve logged in.
If you're using the same browser and device, you can move between services like GMT, MML or ATIS without logging in again — this is called Single Sign-On (SSO).
However, each service may ask you to agree to its own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and may request additional information (like your Company, etc) the first time you use it.
You’ll need to log in again. Your login session is only shared within the same browser on the same device.
When you first log in to a service that you have not used before, even if you have an existing Travel Alberta Platform account, you may be required to provide additional information and accept the terms and conditions specific to that service. Follow the instructions on the screen. This process ensures that your profile is complete and current for the service.
Not automatically. Each system may store some of your profile info separately. If you update your profile or preferences in one, you might need to update them again in the others.
If you use a Microsoft or Google, you’ll need to change your password through that platform.
If you use a local account with email and password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen to reset it.
Yes! As long as you use the same email address, you’ll be directed to the same account, no matter which login method you use.
The email address is used as the login identification for your account. It is also associated with your social account if you logged in using Google or Microsoft. Changing your email address changes your account. For assistance, please contact the support team.
