Personal and Organization profiles
Your Personal Profile contains the information needed to open your account, such as contact details and the password you’ll use to sign in.
ATIS will use this information to communicate important information and updates. Your personal email and number will not be made public.
Your Organization Profile is where you’ll manage your company information, such as business name, address, and website. You can edit the display settings for this information to make it visible on travelalberta.com.
How to set up profiles as a new user
- Create a Personal Profile
- Navigate to the ATIS account sign-in page
- Click Create Account
- Enter your name, email address and new password
- Click Create Account
- Follow the instructions in your email to confirm your account
- Create your Organization Profile
- After confirming your account, sign in to ATIS
- On the welcome page, click Get started
- Enter your organization's name, website address and logo (if available)
- Click Continue
- Enter your organization’s address and preferred contact information
- Note: Your chosen contact details, such as your email and/or phone number, will be visible to travellers visiting your listing page on travelalberta.com.
- Travel Alberta will automatically assign a region based on the address you provide
- Click Change region to update this if it seems incorrect
- Note: This information helps us connect you to appropriate regional resources
- Choose your initial Display Preferences
- These settings determine what information will be live on travelalberta.com
- You can adjust this later in My Account
- Click Continue
- Review your information and confirm its accuracy
- You’ll be able to invite and manage additional team members later under your My Account settings.
- Click Finish
What if my organization address differs from my listing address?
The location information in your Organization Profile will not restrict you from creating listings based in other regions. Your organization's region will be used to connect you with a relevant destination development manager and resources.
Managing your account as an existing user
If you have already created an ATIS account, you can manage your personal info and organization details under the My Account tab on the ATIS dashboard.
- Navigate to the ATIS dashboard and click My Account
- On desktop, it will be on the left side of your screen
- On mobile, it will be in the top right menu
- Click Personal info or Organization details
- Click Edit on the top right corner of the section you wish to update
- Once finished, click Save Changes
Need to add more organizations?
You can add and manage multiple organizations by navigating to your ATIS dashboard and clicking the Switch Teams button in the bottom-left menu. You may also access this from the sign-in screen, using the Create New Organization button.
