Troubleshooting sign-in problems
Having trouble accessing your ATIS account? Here’s how to resolve some common issues.
Resetting a forgotten password
- Navigate to ATIS.com and click Forgot password?
- Tip: Create a strong password by using a minimum of twelve characters, both upper and lower cases and at least one number and special symbol
- Enter the email address you use to sign in
- Click Send Reset Link
- Check your inbox for an email with a password reset link
- If you didn't receive an email, press Resend Email
- Check your spam or junk folder, and ensure you’re checking the email associated with your account
- If you require further assistance, press Contact Support
Changing your password
- Sign in to your ATIS account
- From your Dashboard, click My Account
- Click Personal Info
- Click Change Password and provide your current and new password
- Click Save Changes
Recovering a forgotten or inaccessible email
If your tourism offering is listed on travelalberta.com but you’ve forgotten or no longer have access to your sign-in email, contact us using atissupport@travelalberta.com or 1-833-270-4232.
Changing your sign-in email
- Sign in to your ATIS account
- From your Dashboard, click My Account
- Click Personal Info
- Click Edit
- Click the Email field and enter your preferred email
- Click Save Changes
- Check your inbox to verify the change
