Resetting a forgotten password

1. Navigate to ATIS.travelalberta.com and click Sign in or create account
2. On the sign-in page, click the link Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address you use to sign in and click Send verification code
4. Check your email inbox for your verification code
   1. If you didn't receive a code:
      • Check your spam or junk folder
      • Ensure you’re checking the email associated with your account
      • Click “Send new code”
      • If you still haven’t received a code, contact atissupport@travelalberta.com
5. Enter the verification code and click Verify code
6. Follow the instructions to change your password and sign in

Tip: Create a strong password by using a minimum of 12 characters, both upper and lower case, and at least one number and special symbol.

Changing your password

Note: You can only change your ATIS password if you sign in with email and password (not Google or Microsoft sign-on).

1. Sign in to your ATIS account
2. From your Dashboard, click My Account
3. Click Personal Info 
4. Click Change Password
5. Enter your current and new passwords
6. Click Continue

Changing your sign-in email

You cannot change your sign-in email directly in ATIS. To update your email address, contact our support team using the information below.
