Removing your listing
No longer offering a certain tourism offering? You can request the archiving of your listing at any time. Archiving removes the listing from public view on travelalberta.com and partner websites but will keep its information accessible to you.
Requesting the archiving of your listing
- Sign in to ATIS
- From your dashboard, navigate to My Listings
- On desktop, it’ll be on the left side of your screen
- On mobile, it’ll be in the three-line icon at the top right corner of your screen
- In the Active tab, locate the listing you want to remove
- Click the Request Removal button
- Provide a reason for your removal request
- Click Submit Request
Your removal request will be sent to the Travel Alberta team. You’ll receive an email notification once we’ve received your request. If you change your mind while the request is pending approval, click Cancel Request on the listing detail page.
How to access archived listings
- Sign in to ATIS
- From your dashboard, navigate to My Listings
- On desktop, it’ll be on the left side of your screen
- On mobile, it’ll be in the three-line icon at the top right corner of your screen
- Click the Archived tab
- Select a listing to access its information
- While archived listings cannot be reactivated, you can use this information to set up a new listing if needed
