How to claim your listings
Existing ATIS users will receive an email when their listings are ready to be claimed.
This service will only be available until the end of January 2025. If you missed the window to claim your listing, please contact Travel Alberta at atissupport@travelalberta.com or 1-833-270-4232.
Follow the steps below to complete this process.
- Check your inbox for an email from Travel Alberta
- Be sure to check your spam or junk folder
- Click Sign In & Claim Listing(s)
- You’ll be taken to a webpage where you’ll be prompted to set up a new password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Continue
- Sign in to ATIS using your email address and new password
- The email address will be the one used to register your ATIS account
- Complete your Organization Details
- Note: This step may already be done for you, and some users might be prompted to skip it
- Click Continue
- Fill out your location and contact information
- Review and confirm that the information you provided is accurate
Review your listings
After you’ve claimed your listings, review the following items for accuracy.
- Review your Organization Details
- Organization name
- Website
- Logo (optional)
- Organization address
- Preferred contact information
- Your display preferences
- Select if you want to make your address or contact information public
- Review your Listing Details
- Category
- Product type
- Availability
- Product description
- Product highlights
How to manage team members
There are two types of users on the new platform:
- Contributors: Users who can only view, edit and publish listings.
- Administrators: Users who can edit organization details, manage other team members and edit and publish listings.
If multiple users are added to an organization during the claiming process, they will automatically receive administrator permissions.
To change user permissions, administrators must complete the following steps.
- Sign in to ATIS
- Navigate to Organization details
- On desktop:
- From your Dashboard, navigate to My Account on the left side of your screen
- Click Organization details
- On mobile:
- From your Dashboard, click the three-line icon next to your Profile in the upper right corner of your screen
- Select My Account
- Click Organization details
- In the Company Info section, select Manage Team Members
- Review the list of administrators
- Click Make Contributors to re-assign a role
- Note: Your account must always have at least one administrator assigned
- Click Revoke Access to remove access to the ATIS account
