New to ATIS?
Whether you operate a hotel, tour company, restaurant, or attraction, ATIS (Alberta Tourism Information Service) gives tourism businesses and organizations free access to digital marketing support. Create your Travel Alberta Passport account and start appearing on our official website and partner channels.
Already have a listing?
If your organization has listings and they are not connected to your account, the ATIS Contact Centre can help you access them. Get in touch through atissupport@travelalberta.com or 1-833-270-4232
If you need to recover an account, use the “Forgot Password” flow to reset your access.
Step 2: Create your business listing
Once your account is active, create a listing for the distinct experience, event, or service you offer. Include clear descriptions, high-quality images, and up-to-date details.
Step 3: Publish your business listing
Once approved, your listings will appear across Travel Alberta’s consumer site and our network of partners. Log in anytime to update your photos, edit descriptions, or add new listings.
The more current and engaging your content, the better your visibility across Travel Alberta’s channels and search results.
Step 4: Review, refine, and reach more travellers
As travellers find your listing, make the most of free resources, industry updates, and one-on-one marketing support. Check in throughout the year to confirm your listing’s accuracy, and take the opportunity to provide seasonal details and photos.

ATIS is a free marketing tool developed by Travel Alberta to increase the reach of Albertan tourism providers.
There is no limit to the number of listings you can have in ATIS. Some tourism businesses offer multiple services or experiences. If you have multiple offerings, you should create a new listing to represent each.
ATIS listings will appear on the Travel Alberta website and local DMO partners’ sites. This includes channels such as travelalberta.com campaign sites, email marketing campaigns, social media, visitor information centres, contact centres and other third-party sites through possible distribution agreements.
