ATIS is a free marketing tool developed by Travel Alberta to increase the reach of Albertan tourism providers.
ATIS listings will appear on the Travel Alberta website and local DMO partners’ sites. This includes channels such as travelalberta.com campaign sites, email marketing campaigns, social media, visitor information centres, contact centres and other third-party sites through possible distribution agreements.
Read the ATIS Approval Criteria. It documents qualifications for all information submitted to ATIS.
Before submitting your listing, confirm that your offering meets the ATIS Approval Criteria and:
A travel trade organization is a business or organization that makes reservations on behalf of travellers.
Travellers represent a significant share of a tourism offering’s audience. These offerings would be significantly impacted by the absence of travellers.
Natural attractions that can be correctly classified under ATIS’s “Natural Attraction” listing category are also considered tourism offerings.

You can access ATIS by visiting atis.travelalberta.com and entering your username and password.
If you see your offering on ATIS but cannot access it, please email atissupport@travelalberta.com.
If you’ve forgotten the email or password for your ATIS account, you can use the Forgot Password link on the ATIS login page.

Yes, multiple people can manage content on ATIS. There are two types of users on the redesigned platform:

There is no limit to the number of listings you can have in ATIS. Some tourism businesses offer multiple services or experiences. If you have multiple offerings, you should create a new listing to represent each.
Your offering should be approved in under 48 hours. Once approved, your listing will appear immediately on travelalberta.com.
Note: It may take an additional 1 - 2 weeks for Google to index your listing and display it as a result when using the TA search function.
ATIS features built-in analytics, allowing you to track pageviews and referrals for your listing. To access your data, log on to ATIS.
Listings never expire within ATIS. Your listing will remain on travelalberta.com until you or another account with access archives it.
