Bridgeview RV Resort is now accepting applications for live in, onsite Resort Managers for our 213 site RV Resort located in Lethbridge, Alberta. This position will commence March of 2017. Bridgeview is a busy, year round RV Resort and is a part of the Holiday Trails RV Resort family. This position has traditionally been held by husband/wife management teams. This is a salaried position which will be negotiated with the successful applicant during the hiring process. Onsite housing will be provided for successful applicants.


  • Offer tourism information and promote local area
  • Ensure unparalleled customer service at all staff levels
  • Co-ordinate maintenance and repair of resort grounds, equipment and supplies
  • Ensure smooth interaction between maintenance and registration departments
  • Respond to inquiries and solve problems
  • Oversee operation of onsite general store
  • Manage human resource functions, such as hiring and training staff
  • Use business management skills
  • Co-ordinate phone, online, and face to face guest reservations
  • Complete financial management tasks, such as managing payroll and cash flow
  • Use administrative skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in RV tourism is an asset
  • Knowledge or previous experience in grounds keeping, trades and campground operations is an asset.
  • High caliber customer service skills are required
  • Knowledge of the local area, and tourism in general
  • Human resource management skills
  • Financial management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Risk management skills and organizational skills are an asset
