We are now accepting applications for the role of Manager, Accounting & Administration. Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who enjoys a fast-paced work environment, is extremely detail-oriented and has the ability to manage accounting workflow. This position based in Banff, Alberta, reports to the Director, Corporate Affairs.      

Primary responsibilities:
 ·Responsible for the day to day accounting processes including the input of receivables and payables
 ·Ensure accurate and timely payment of all expenses
 ·Preparation and reconciliation of month end financial statements 
 ·Provide support with payroll to ensure correct and timely payment 
 ·Office and administrative duties as required   

This successful candidate will have:
 ·Solid book keeping skills and accounting knowledge
 ·Experience with accounting software required, Microsoft Nav an asset
 ·Keen attention to detail and accuracy
 ·Strong problem solving skills with ability to take initiative
 ·Proven ability to track budgets
 ·Motivated, well organized and a team player
