Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, MC&IT, the Team Coordinator, MC&IT is responsible for supporting marketing and administrative projects that contribute to the strategic and tactical proficiency of the department.  This role plays a key role in tradeshows, client events, sales calls & missions, site visits and FAM trips, researching potential target accounts, generating collateral material, developing brand awareness, and increasing attendance at upcoming events.  

Position Requirements

As Team Coordinator, MC&IT you are a people person and great communicator which aids in facilitating activities for the MC&IT Business Development Directors, Industry partners and providing support to the Director, MC&IT.  Your strong critical thinking and problem solving skills enable you to manage competing demands and urgent deadlines. Your experience in researching and compiling information as well as budget tracking and reconciling will enable you to operate with accountability.  

Your diploma or degree in Marketing, Tourism or Business Administration will be complemented with at least two years of professional administrative experience.  Your dedication and passion has taken your career to this point. Special Requirements

This position is based in the Calgary office.  Classification: Coordinator 3, Salary Range: $52,344 - $65,424 Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week, Employment Status: 1 Year Term
