We are currently accepting applications for the following position:

Manager, Brand and Member Services

Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications, and to the Director, In-Resort Services, the successful applicant will manage the development and execution of all Banff Lake Louise Tourism (BLLT) member communications and brand related activities.

Primary areas of responsibility include: 
Leading a comprehensive member engagement plan for BLLT that assists in organization decision making and generates a widely supportive and informed membership
Overseeing and guiding the operation of BLLT Working Groups to create an environment for broad and inclusive member engagement
Maintaining accurate member database and updated website information
Managing member communication activities, including newsletters & member meetings to maximize two-way communication
Supporting the Director in monitoring all branding activities, ensuring best in class marketing that connects the brand with the consumer in meaningful ways
Managing and developing digital assets, brand tools and collateral that showcase BNP experiences and compliment BLLT marketing activities in relevant ways
Leveraging content of BLLT assets & BNP experiences with industry partners

Essential skills:
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Above average communication skills, both written and oral
Solid experience building relationships on behalf of an organization and/or a destination
Local knowledge of Banff National Park, Banff and Lake Louise
Familiarity with tourism marketing and of the businesses within Banff National Park
Strong ability to multi-task and an eagerness to accept new challenges and develop new skills
Excellent computer skills allowing you to easily navigate the digital world
A minimum of 3 years related experience; a related degree would be an asset
