Position Summary

In alignment to the Travel Alberta Corporate Values and Team Principles, the Team Coordinator, Global Marketing Services provides administrative support to the Global Marketing Services teams. The Team Coordinator assists in the development, maintenance and enhancement of new and/or existing processes and best practices for the Brand, Media and Digital Marketing teams.

Position Requirements

As Team Coordinator, GMS you understand the importance of organization and attention to detail. As a major component of this role, you excel and enjoy administrative and financial tasks relating to processing expense statements, taking meeting minutes, coordinating and scheduling calendars. Your experience in researching and compiling information as well as budget tracking, invoice processing and reconciling will enable you to operate with accountability. Your proficient in all Microsoft Office Products, predominantly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Your attitude, communication and problem solving skills enhance your ability to build relationships with team members and third party venders.

A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Administration, is complemented with 3 years of professional administrative experience. Your dedication and passion has taken your career to this point. Special Requirements

Some travel may be required.
Some overtime may be required.

This position is based in the Calgary office.
Classification: Coordinator 3, Salary Range: $52,344 - $65,424
Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week, Employment Status: 14 Month Term
